Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

All of my pepper mills except "Clearance or Close Out items" are sold with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not absolutely satisified with the quality or workmanship, return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (less merchant fees charged by the credit card processing company, shipping and handling).

Note return restriction below.

Pepper mills may be returned, if the sealed plastic bag protecting the pepper mill hasn't been opened.
Used Pepper Mills can not be returned for refund

Clearance and Closeout sales are final.

Before returning a Pepper Mill, email or call and get instructions. If you return a Pepper Mill without first contacting us,
you will not get a refund.

Privacy Policy

We will not sell, trade, swap or loan your data ever. When you enter Payment Information you are actually entering the information directly into PayPal. PayPal handles the entire payment process and notifies me via email that a sale has occurred. Your payment information is never available to me or anyone at the Pepper Mill Store.
